摘要 目的分析下肢机器人早期介入对卒中患者下肢功能、步幅特征的影响。方法将40例脑卒中患者根据随机对照法分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组在常规康复训练的基础上采用下肢机器人辅助治疗。比较两组患者的下肢功能及步幅特征。结果观察组的Fugl-Meyer评分高于对照组,WGS评分低于对照组,步长大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的步宽及步角小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论下肢机器人早期训练对可提高脑卒中患者下肢功能,改善患者的步幅特征。 Objective To analyze the effects of early intervention of lower limb robot on lower limb function and stride characteristics of stroke patients.Methods A total of 40 patients with stroke were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the randomized controlled method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given lower limb robot assisted therapy on the basis of conventional rehabilitation training.The lower limb function and stride characteristics of the two groups were compared.Results The Fugl-Meyer score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and WGS score was lower than that of the control group,and the step size was larger than that of the control group(P<0.05).The step width and the step angle of the observation group were smaller than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early training of lower limb robot can improve the lower limb function and stride characteristics of stroke patients.
