摘要
报告1例女性外阴鲍恩病合并人乳头瘤病毒18阳性。患者女,35岁。右侧会阴斑块伴瘙痒1年。皮损组织病理示:表皮角化过度伴角化不全,棘层肥厚,细胞排列紊乱,可见角化不良细胞及病理性核分裂像,基底膜完整,真皮浅层淋巴细胞浸润。人乳头瘤病毒分型检测:高危型HPV18阳性。诊断:鲍恩病。
A case of Bowen’s disease on vulva with HPV18 positivity is reported.A 35-year-old female patient presented with plaques on her right vulva with itch for one year.Histopathology of skin lesions showed epidermal hyperkeratosis with parakeratosis,disordered arrangement of cells,fleshy spine layer,parakerrototic cells and allotypic nuclear division.The basement membrane was intact,and an infiltration of lymphocytes in the upper dermis was observed.Detection of human papilloma virus showed HPV18 positivity.The diagnosis of Bowen’s disease of the vulva was made.
