摘要
目的分析延续性护理干预对重度癌痛患者服药依从性及镇痛效果的影响。方法于我院2017年6月至2019年6月收治的重度癌痛患者中选取80例,随机分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预,研究组患者在对照组基础上采用延续性护理干预。比较两组患者干预后的服药依从性、镇痛效果以及生命质量评分。结果研究组患者服药总依从率为95.00%,镇痛总有效率为90.00%,与对照组的77.50%、70.00%比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者干预后角色功能、躯体功能、社会功能、情绪功能、认知功能评分以及整体评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在重度癌痛患者中应用延续性护理干预,可显著提升患者的服药依从性,减轻患者疼痛,提高患者的生存质量。
Objective To analyze the influences of continuous nursing intervention on medication compliance and analgesic effect of patients with severe cancer pain.Methods Eighty patients with severe cancer pain in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,while patients in the study group were given continuous nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The medication compliance,analgesic effect and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate of the study group was 95.00%,the total effective rate of analgesia was 90.00%,compared with 77.50%and 70.00%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of role function,physical function,social function,emotional function,cognitive function and overall scores in the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing intervention in patients with severe cancer pain can significantly improve the medication compliance of patients,reduce the pain of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
