摘要
目的探究痔疮围手术期患者护理中,舒适护理的应用价值。方法以2018年6月至2019年7月我院收治的68例围手术期痔疮患者为例,采用随机数字表的方式将其分成研究组(n=34例,舒适护理),对照组(n=34例,常规护理),比较两组患者的护理满意度、疼痛评分、舒适度评分。结果研究组患者的护理满意度比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者各项舒适度评分均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);研究组患者的VAS评分(3.37±1.15)分低于对照组(6.37±1.31)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以痔疮围手术期患者舒适护理,对提升患者护理满意度、舒适度,缓解疼痛感具有重要意义,值得推广并应用。
Objective To explore the nursing of patients with hemorrhoids and sores during perioperative period,the application value of comfortable nursing.Methods From June 2018 to July 2019,68 cases of perioperative hemorrhoids were treated in our hospital,a random number table was used to divide it into study groups(n=34 cases,comfort care),control group(n=34 cases,routine care).The nursing satisfaction,pain score and comfort score of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort scores of the patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score(3.37±1.15)in the study group was lower than that in the control group(6.37±1.31),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comfort nursing of patients with hemorrhoids during perioperative period is of great significance to improve nursing satisfaction,comfort and pain relief,and is worth popularizing and applying.
