摘要
以平均粒径20.25μm的氧化铁红为主要原料,用机械砂磨法制备氧化铁红矿物染料,考察研磨时间、分散剂、研磨介质配比等对矿物染料性质的影响。该法制备的矿物染料平均粒径665 nm,可贮存95 d。将矿物染料用于改性纯棉针织物的染色,优化的染色工艺为:矿物染料40 g/L、黏合剂50 g/L、防泳移剂15 g/L,二浸二乳,轧液率70%,90℃预烘80s,150℃焙烘120s。
Iron oxide red mineral dye is prepared by mecha nical san ding method with 20.25 μm average particle size of iron oxide red as main raw material.The effects of grinding time,dispersant and grinding medium ratio on the properties of mineral dye are investigated.The average particle size of the mineral dyes prepared by this method is 665 nm and can be stored for 95 d.Mineral dyes are used in the dyeing of modified cotton knitted fabric.The optimized dyeing process is as follows:mineral dye 40 g/L,binder 50 g/L,anti migration agent 15 g/L,double-dip-double-nip,pick up 70%,pre drying at 90℃ for 80 s,baking at 150℃ for 120 s.
