摘要 储能技术是优化能源结构、推动能源生产消费变革以及坚持能源可持续化发展的重要支撑性技术。本文基于一级学科—动力工程及工程热物理专业对储能技术的需求以及我校对储能技术课程的教学经验,初步探讨了研究生创新能力培养的《储能技术》课程的教学改革,提出了梯队式培养模式,构建了以创新实践能力为目标的创新人才培养体系,培养了一批兼具工程能力和创新能力的高素质创新人才。 Energy Storage Technology is an important supporting technology to optimize energy structure,promote the transformation of energy production and consumption,and adhere to the sustainable development of energy.Based on the demand of Energy Storage Technology and the teaching experience of Energy Storage Technology course in our university,this paper probes into the teaching reform of Energy Storage Technology course for graduate students'innovative ability training,puts forward the echelon training model,constructs the innovative talent training system with the goal of innovative practical ability,and trains a group of high-quality innovative talents with both engineering ability and innovation ability.
