摘要
齿轮传动是当前机械领域最重要的传动方式之一。利用Solidworks软件对无齿凸模镦挤成形直齿圆柱内齿轮的加工工艺进行了仿真分析,并与传统的有齿凸模镦挤成形工艺进行了对比。仿真结果显示无齿凸模双向镦挤载荷值明显较小,与有齿凸模双向镦挤相比下降约57%,载荷值的减小有利于保护模具,提高模具的使用寿命,此外无齿模具加工制造相对较为简单实用。优化成形工艺实验结果表明,该工艺下可以得到理想的试件,该工艺为齿轮的优化加工提供了帮助。
Gear transmission is one of the most important transmission methods in the mechanical field.Using SolidWorks software,the process of upsetting and extruding spur internal gear with no tooth punchesis simulated and analyzed,and compared with the traditional upsetting and extruding process with tooth punches.The simulation results show that the load value of the two-way upsetting extrusion of the toothless punch is significantly smaller,which is about 57%lower than that of the two-way upsetting and extrusion of the toothed punch.The reduction of the load value is conducive to protecting the die and improving the service life of the die.In addition,the machining and manufacturing of the toothless die is relatively simple and practical.The experimental results of the optimized forming process show that the ideal specimen can be obtained during this process,which provides help for the optimal processing of gears.
