摘要
中职生是未来产业工人的主力军,而学习幸福感决定了未来技能技术人才的素质高低。通过对715名中职生问卷调查分析得知,中职生体验到较高的学业支持,对专业认识比较清晰,有较高的学习压力,学业成就感较低,总体学习幸福感一般;三年级中职生学习幸福感最低;女生比男生体验到更大的学业压力,比男生感受到更多的消极学业体验。中职生学习幸福感的提升应从设定积极合理的学业目标、建立积极奋进的同伴关系、构建积极共建的活力课堂、搭建积极有效的家校互动平台等四方面着手。
Secondary vocational students are the main force of future industrial workers,and the sense of happiness in learning determines the quality of technical personnel in the future.715 students were investigated by questionnaire,and the results are as follows:Secondary vocational students experience higher academic support,have a clear understanding of their major,have a higher learning pressure,a lower sense of academic achievement and an average sense of learning happiness;The secondary vocational students in year three have the lowest learning happiness;Girls experience more negative academic pressure than boys.Based on the results,four strategies are put forward to improve the learning happiness of secondary vocational students:setting up positive and reasonable academic goals,establishing positive and progressive peer relationships,building a dynamic classroom,and constructing a positive and effective interactive platform between family and school.
