摘要
目的:探讨互联网(掌医课堂)+床边综合能力考核对提高儿科护生临床综合实践能力中的应用效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2018年1-12月带教的儿科护生48名设为对照组,2019年1-12月带教的儿科护生48名设为观察组。对照组采用传统临床带教模式教学,观察组采用互联网(掌医课堂)+床边综合能力考核相结合模式教学。比较两组护生临床综合实践能力及对教学模式的满意度。结果:观察组仪器操作、护患沟通、知识掌握、临床处置、护理评估、健康教育和文件书写能力评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:互联网(掌医课堂)+床边综合能力考核能提高儿科护生临床综合实践能力,护生满意度较高,是值得推广的教学方法。
Objective:To explore the application effect of Internet (palm medical class)+bedside comprehensive ability examination in improving the clinical comprehensive practice ability of pediatric nursing students.Method:From January to December 2018,48 pediatric nursing students in our hospital were selected as the control group,and from January to December 2019,48 pediatric nursing students were selected as the observation group.The control group adopted the traditional clinical teaching mode,and the observation group adopted the Internet (palm medical class)+bedside comprehensive ability examination mode.The clinical comprehensive practice ability and satisfaction of the teaching mode were compared between the two groups.Result:The scores of instrument operation,nurse patient communication,knowledge mastery,clinical treatment,nursing evaluation,health education and document writing ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Internet (palm medical class)+bedside comprehensive ability examination can improve the clinical comprehensive practice ability of pediatric nursing students,and the satisfaction of nursing students is high,which is worth popularizing.
