摘要
根据西北高寒地区水工混凝土建筑物表面防护要求,对新型SK高耐候水泥基防护材料进行了试验研究。为验证其耐候、附着、抗冻等关键性能,引入了市面常见的乙烯基酯防腐涂层和水泥基柔性防水涂层等同类防护涂料作为对比材料,分别进行了标准环境、高温海水浸泡、热氧老化、紫外光老化、低温环境下等不同条件的涂层力学性能测试、拉拔试验和冻融循环测试,并进行了结果分析。结果表明:SK高耐候水泥基防护材料与市面同类材料相比,综合耐候性能优异,附着性能突出,抗冻性能较传统聚合物水泥基材料有明显提升,适用于寒冷地区水工混凝土建筑物表层防护。
A new type of SK high weather resistant cement-based protective coating material was tested and studied according to the protection requirements of hydraulic concrete structures in northwest extremely cold areas.In order to verify its key performances such as weather resistance,adhesion and frost resistance,similar protective coatings such as vinyl ester anti-corrosive coatings and cement-based flexible waterproof coatings are introduced as comparative materials.The three reference coatings were tested for mechanical properties as well as pull-out test and freeze-thaw cycle test under different accelerated aging test conditions including standard test environment,high temperature seawater immersion,thermal oxygen aging,ultraviolet light aging and low temperature environment.The test results show that SK high weather resistant cement-based protective coating has excellent comprehensive weather resistance,outstanding adhesion performance,significantly improved frost resistance compared with traditional polymer cement-based materials,which is more suitable for surface protection of hydraulic concrete structures in cold areas.
