摘要
目的:讨论苓甘五味姜辛汤合止嗽散加减治疗慢性咳嗽的临床效果。方法:选取2017年3月-2019年6月笔者所在医院收治的110例慢性咳嗽患者,将其以随机法分为对照组(常规西药治疗)与研究组(苓甘五味姜辛汤合止嗽散加减治疗),各55例。比较两组治疗效果、中医症候积分、咳嗽症状减轻及消失时间、不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率(90.91%)高于对照组(74.55%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后各项中医症候积分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组咳嗽症状减轻及消失时间均早于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后不良反应发生率为9.09%,低于对照组的23.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与常规西药治疗方式相比,苓甘五味姜辛汤合止嗽散加减治疗方案的实施可有效提高慢性咳嗽的治疗效果,且治疗安全性更高,值得推广。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction combined with Zhisou Powder addition or subtraction in treatment of chronic cough.Method:A total of 110 patients with chronic cough admitted to the author’s hospital from March 2017 to June 2019 were selected,and were randomly divided into the control group(conventional western medicine treatment)and the research group(Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction combined with Zhisou Powder addition or subtraction treatment),with 55 cases each.The treatment effect,TCM symptom score,relief and disappearance time of cough symptoms,and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the study group(90.91%)was higher than that in the control group(74.55%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of all TCM syndromes in the study group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The reduction and disappearance time of cough symptoms in the study group were earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 9.09%after treatment,lower than 23.64%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional western medicine,Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction combined with Zhisou Powder can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of chronic cough,and the treatment safety is higher,which is worth promoting.
