摘要
目的:分析胰腺癌合并糖尿病患者术后控制血糖护理对血糖水平及并发症发生的影响。方法:选取2017年3月-2020年3月笔者所在医院收治的88例实施手术治疗的胰腺癌合并糖尿病患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法将其分成常规组(44例)与研究组(44例)。常规组实施常规护理,研究组实施控制血糖护理。比较两组术后血糖改善情况及并发症发生情况。结果:护理后,研究组空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平均显著优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对胰腺癌合并糖尿病患者术后进行控制血糖护理,能改善患者的血糖水平,降低并发症的发生,从而加快患者疾病恢复速度,值得推荐。
Objective:To analyze the effect of postoperative blood glucose control nursing on blood glucose level and complications in patients with pancreatic cancer and diabetes mellitus.Method:From March 2017 to March 2020,88 patients with pancreatic cancer and diabetes mellitus who received surgical treatment in our hospital were selected for the study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the routine group(44 cases)and the study group(44 cases).The routine group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given blood glucose control nursing.The improvement of blood glucose and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,fasting blood glucose level and 2 h postprandial blood glucose level in the study group were significantly better than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the study group was significantly lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative blood glucose control nursing for patients with pancreatic cancer and diabetes mellitus can improve the blood glucose level of the patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and thus accelerate the recovery rate of the patients,which is worthy of recommendation.
