高节竹竹叶次生代谢产物和土壤微生物的季节变化及其相关性 被引量:2

Seasonal Changes and Correlation of Secondary Metabolites in Bamboo Leaves of Phyllostachys prominens and Soil Microorganisms

摘要 以不同时期高节竹竹叶和竹林土壤为材料,研究竹叶中次生代谢产物含量以及土壤微生物群落的季节变化特征,探讨竹叶中次生代谢产物质量分数变化与竹林土壤微生物群落之间的关系。结果表明:10种次生代谢产物的质量分数在1月份最高(6.6017 mg·g^-1),7月份最低(1.0440 mg·g^-1)。异荭草苷、荭草苷、对香豆酸和苜蓿素7-O-葡萄糖苷等均在1月份和11月份质量分数最高。异荭草苷、荭草苷和芦丁等5种次生代谢产物的质量分数在7月份最低。苜蓿素7-O-葡萄糖的质量分数最低值出现在5月份;对香豆酸的质量分数最低值出现在9月份。夏季高节竹竹林土壤细菌数量最多,7月份细菌数量为24.91×10^6菌落·g^-1;真菌数量最大值出现在5月份,春夏季放线菌数量较高,显著高于秋冬季。次生代谢物总量、异荭草苷变化与细菌数量、微生物总量变化均呈现显著负相关(P<0.05)。因此,研究竹叶中次生代谢产物质量分数变化与竹林土壤微生物群落变化,可为高节竹竹林的可持续经营提供技术支持。 The bamboo leaves and soil in different periods were used as materials to study the seasonal variation of secondary metabolites in bamboo leaves and soil microbial communities.The relationship between the content changes of secondary metabolites in bamboo leaves and soil microbial communities was also discussed.The total amount of 10 secondary metabolites was the highest in January,which was 6.6017 mg·g^-1,and the lowest in July,which was 1.044 mg·g^-1.Isoorientin,orientin,p-coumaric acid and tricin 7-O-glucoside was highest in January and November.The content of five secondary metabolites such as isoquertoside,valerin and rutin was the lowest in July.The bacteria quantity in the soil reached the highest in summer with the value of 24.91×10^6cfu·g^-1 in July.The maximum fungi quantity appeared in May,and the actinomycetes quantity in spring and summer was higher than that in autumn and winter.Between the change of total secondary metabolites and isoorientin there was significantly negative correlation(P<0.05)with the bacteria quantity and total microbial population.
