摘要
针对锅炉水冷壁向火侧内表面出现腐蚀坑,并引发频繁爆管情况,采用宏观检查、金相检验、调查分析等方法,对水冷壁管出现内腐蚀缺陷的原因进行分析判断,并制定对策。
Corrosion pits appeared on the inner surface of the boiler water-cooled wall facing fire,which caused frequent tube bursts.The causes of internal corrosion defects of the water-cooled wall tube are analyzed and judged by means of macro inspection,metallo⁃graphic examination,investigation and analysis,and countermeasures are formulated.
