循环冷却水缓释阻垢剂投加的精细化控制实践 被引量:3

摘要 通过生产实践及调查研究,发现国内某公司循环水泵站的缓释阻垢剂投加方式比较粗犷,仅凭职工运行经验及水质化验中总磷的含量,导致水质波动较大,对循环冷却水系统的稳定运行危害较大。通过对该公司循环水缓释阻垢剂投加情况的分析,提出了精细化控制方案。实施后,水质保持稳定,取得良好效果。 Through production practice and investigation,it was found that the dosing mode of slow-release scale inhibitor in a domestic company’s circulating water pump sta⁃tion was relatively rough.Only relying on the staff’s operation experience and the content of total phosphorus in water quality test,the water quality fluctuated greatly,which was harmful to the stable operation of the circulating cooling water system.Based on the analy⁃sis of the dosing situation of the slow-release scale inhibitor in the circulating water of the company,a fine control scheme is put forward.After implementation,the water quality has become very stable and good results achieved.
