摘要
目的:分析国内、外癌痛护理研究现状及趋势,为进一步开展相关研究提供借鉴。方法:利用PubMed和中国知网(CNKI)检索工具,检索2010年1月1日至2019年12月31日收录的癌痛护理相关研究文献,采用书目共现分析系统软件BICOMB和SPSS 20.0软件对高频主题词进行聚类分析。结果:获得英文文献1556篇,中文文献655篇。通过对高频主题词进行共现聚类分析,结果显示国内癌痛护理研究热点分别为癌痛的护理干预、癌痛延续性护理、晚期癌症的癌痛护理及癌痛患者生存质量;国外热点为癌痛管理的研究、疼痛药物治疗的护理及青少年和儿童的癌痛护理。结论:开展癌痛管理,延续性护理和姑息治疗等相关研究内容,可以成为近期我国癌痛护理研究的探索方向。
Objective:To analyze the current status and trends of cancer pain care research in China and abroad,and to provide reference for further related research.Methods:Using the search toolsPubMed and CNKI to retrieve cancer pain nursing related research papers collected from January 1,2010 to December 31,2019,and highfrequency topic terms were clustered and analyzed using BICOMB and SPSS 20.0.Results:1,556 English papers and 655 Chinese papers were obtained.The results of cluster analysis of high-frequency subject wordsshowed that the hotspots of cancer pain care research in China were cancer pain care intervention,continuing cancer paincare,cancer pain care for advanced cancer,and cancer pain patients’quality of life;the foreign hotspots were cancer pain management research,cancer pain medication,and cancer pain care for adolescents and children.Conclusion:Carrying out research on cancer pain management,continuing cancer pain care,palliative care and other related fields can be the recent direction of exploration in cancer pain care research in China.
