摘要
随着国家环保政策越来越严格,海洋钻井对环境的影响越来越受到重视,渤海油田也开展了一些“零排放”试点。然而,受海洋钻井特点的限制(场地、载荷和运输),水基钻井液废弃物全部运回陆地处理成本已经成为钻井作业的“负担”,利用国内外已有的废弃物处理经验,构建一套适合海洋钻井工艺的水基钻井液废弃物处理模式,是亟待解决的问题。本文针对渤海油田现在使用的钻井液体系,进行絮凝剂优选、固液分离设备选择以及滤液回用评价,通过室内模拟评价和扩大实验后,最终应用到现场。现场应用结果表明废弃水基钻井液经絮凝压滤后,钻井液体积减少80%,分离后的液相(含有可溶性盐)全部实现回用,大大减少了钻井废弃物的产生总量。
With the increasingly strict of national environmental protection policy,more and more attention has been paid to the environment impact of offshore drilling.Some"zero emission"pilot projects have been carried out in Bohai oilfield.However,due to the limitation of offshore drilling platform(site,load and transportation),the cost of all water-base drilling fluids waste transportation to shore has become the"burden"of drilling operations.It is an urgent problem to build a set of water-base drilling fluids waste treatment mode suitable for offshore drilling technology by using the existing waste treatment experience at home and abroad.According to the drilling fluid systems used in Bohai oilfield,flocculant optimization,solid-liquid separation equipment selection and filtrate reuse evaluation were studied in this paper.This study has been applied to the field after indoor simulation evaluation and expanded experiments.The field application results show that the volume of water-based drilling fluid waste is reduced by 80%after flocculation and pressure filtration.And the separated liquid phase(including soluble salt)can be reused completely,which greatly reduces the total amount of drilling waste.
