摘要
本文对创业研究从宏观政策引导,到微观创业主体分析,从劳动分工到新产业形成以及发展的创业过程研究,通过对商业模式创新推动创业变革的创业路径研究,分析创业者特征来预测创业风险,包括企业家精神和创业榜样示范直接或间接影响对创业的推动,各类创业要素在不确定情况下如何有效组合成为创业研究的热点,文中通过对创业理论的梳理,识别出影响创业的主要因素,设计新型创业理论模型,该模型从创业者创业机会识别、创业行为产生、创业风险辨识,以及创业效果的经济社会评价,建立全面系统的生态创业系统。利用近10年创业面板数据,使用OLS回归分析模型,以创业效果为被解释变量,对包括影响创业有效性和风险性的主要影响因素进行创业生态系统体系建立及理论验证,对影响创业主要因素发展进行规划并提出建议。
This paper studies the entrepreneurship research from macro policy guidance to micro entrepreneurial subject analysis,and entrepreneurial process research from labor division to new industry formation and development.By researching the entrepreneurial path through business model innovation to promote entrepreneurial change,it analyze entrepreneurial characteristics to predict entrepreneurial risk,including the direct or indirect impact of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial model on the promotion of entrepreneurship.How various types of entrepreneurship effectively combine the elements in the uncertain situation has become a hot topic of entrepreneurship research.By combing the entrepreneurship theory,the main factors influencing entrepreneurship are identified,and a new entrepreneurship theoretical model is designed.The model establishes a comprehensive and systematic ecological entrepreneurship system from the identification of entrepreneurial opportunity,the generation of entrepreneurial behavior,the identification of entrepreneurial risk,and the economic and social evaluation of entrepreneurial effect.Based on the panel data of entrepreneurship in the past 10 years,the paper use the OLS regression analysis model,taking the entrepreneurial effect as the explanatory variable,the establishment and theoretical verification of the entrepreneurial ecosystem system are carried out for the main influencing factors including the effectiveness and risk of entrepreneurship.Suggestions and Countermeasures is put for ward for the development planning of the main factors affecting entrepreneurship.
