摘要
为获得韭菜收割机设计依据,以国内典型品种韭菜为研究对象,开展成熟收割期韭菜几何及物理力学特性参数的试验研究。试验结果表明,"独根红""791"和"大金钩"3个品种韭菜成熟期的株高分别为389、358和341mm,茎粗分别为3.8、3.5和3.1 mm,其中株高在250~400 mm的超过85%,分布在300~400 mm的占65%,茎粗分布在2.5~4.0 mm的占85%。在20、50和100 mm/min 3种不同加载速度下韭菜茎秆最大径向剪应力分别为0.79、0.67和0.57 MPa,随加载速度的增大,最大剪切应力呈减小的趋势。韭菜茎秆径向抗压强度平均值为0.13 MPa。韭菜茎秆在压缩过程中,压缩应力不断增加,而且增加速率也在变大,当增大到茎秆压损临界值会出现下降波动拐点,之后压缩应力会随加载时间再继续增大。
In order to obtain design basis of leek harvester,geometric and physical mechanical characteristics of leek in mature harvesting period were experimental studied by taking Chinese typical leek as the research object.Results showed that the plant height and stem diameter of three varieties of leek in mature harvesting stage of"Dugenghong""791"and"Dajingou"were389,358 and 341 mm,and 3.8,3.5 and 3.1 mm,respectively.The plant height was more than 85%in 250-400 mm,and65%in 300-400 mm.The stem thickness between 2.5 and 4.0 mm was accounting for 85%.The maximum radial shear stress of leek stem was 0.79,0.67 and 0.57 MPa at three different loading speeds of 20,50 and 100 mm/min,respectively.With increase of loading speed,maximum shear stress decreased.The average radial compressive strength of leek stalk was 0.13 MPa.In process of compression,compression stress of the stalk of leek kept increasing,and the rate of increase was also increasing.When compression stress reached critical value of stalk pressure lost,there would be a decline fluctuation inflection point,and then compression stress would continue to increase with loading time.
