摘要
普通高校研究生教育是我国培养理论和实践型人才的重要组成部分。然而,现阶段普通高校培养的研究生不仅在质量上与社会对人才的现实需求之间的矛盾日益加剧,而且也无法实现学生作为研究生教育直接需求主体的全面发展。对于普通高校这一生存困境,应该从传统的培养方式以及直接需求主体的变化这两大维度进行深刻认识和反思,从而加快推进普通高校研究生教育由单一导师责任制向双导师责任制转变,同时优化研究生和导师考评机制、构建教学内容和课程个性化及形式多样化发展格局,这对实现普通高校研究生教育的内涵式发展具有重要的现实意义。
Postgraduate Education in colleges and universities is an important part of training theoretical and practical talents in China.At present,however,the contradiction between the quality of postgraduate students and the social demand for talents is becoming increasingly serious,and it is also unable to realize the overall development of students as the main body of direct demand for postgraduate education.In order to speed up the transformation from single supervisor responsibility system to double tutor responsibility system,the evaluation mechanism of postgraduate students should be optimized to construct the individualized and diversified teaching contents and courses.It is of great practical significance to realize the connotative development of postgraduate education in colleges and universities.
