摘要
针对LLC谐振变换器宽增益与高效率难以兼顾且低压输出时轻载调压困难的问题,在LLC谐振变换器的基础上添加了LC陷波器后,一种多谐振DC/DC变换器(LLC-LC)被提出来。该谐振变换器可更宽范围的调节输出电压,在增益方面具有明显优势。此外变换器的开关管在整个工作范围内可实现零电压开通(ZVS),输出整流二极管可实现零电流关断(ZCS)。与LLC变换器相比,多谐振变换器可利用三次谐波来传递有功功率,变换器无功循环能量带来的损耗减少,效率得到提高。从增益和效率的角度出发,建立了完整的多谐振变换器参数设计方案,对变换器参数进行了优化,并制作了一台2. 5 kW的样机,实验结果与理论分析一致,证明了参数设计的合理性。
Aiming at the problem that in LLC resonant converter it is difficult to balance wide gain and high efficiency and the difficulty of light load voltage regulation at low voltage output,a multi-resonant DC-DC converter(LLC-LC)was proposed after adding LC notch filter to LLC resonant converter.In the multi-resonant converter the output voltage over a wider range was adjusted,which brings significant advantages in gain.By the switches of the converter can achieve zero-voltage switching(ZVS)over the entire operating range,and the output rectifier diodes,zero-current switching(ZCS)was achieved.Compared with the LLC converter,in the multi-resonant converter,the active power was transmitted by using the third harmonic,and the loss caused by the reactive power of the converter was reduced,which improves the efficiency.A complete multi-resonant converter parameter design scheme was established from the perspective of gain and efficiency to optimize the parameters of the converter,and a 2.5 kW experimental prototype was designed.The experimental results prove correctness of the theoretical analysis and rationality of the parameter design.
