高速旋冲钻井技术优化及在顺北区块的试验 被引量:8

High-Speed Rotary Percussion Drilling Technology Optimization and Its Field Test in the Shunbei Block

摘要 高速旋冲钻井技术是基于螺杆钻井与自激振荡式旋冲钻井两项技术提出的一种新型高效破岩技术,为解决该技术中参数不匹配的问题,对其进行了性能优化。首先研究了螺杆对自激振荡式旋冲工具冲击性能的影响,然后对工具水力结构进行优化以提高冲击力的波动幅值,最后在钻探难点分析的基础上,结合工具的工作特点制定提速方案,在顺北区块开展了2口井的现场试验。通过研究认识到钻井液流经螺杆产生的压力波动对工具的冲击性能具有抑制作用,经过优化后的冲击波动幅值提高了17.8%;通过现场试验,相比螺杆钻井,高速旋冲钻井技术的机械钻速和单趟钻头进尺分别提高32.5%和34.6%。研究结果表明,高速旋冲钻井技术能够在螺杆钻井的基础上进一步提高机械钻速,并改善PDC钻头受力,从而延长钻头使用寿命,为钻探领域提供了一种新型高效的提速技术。 High-speed rotary percussive drilling technology is a new type of high-efficiency rock breaking technology based on PDM drilling and self-oscillating rotary percussive drilling.To solve the problem of parameter mismatch in this technology,its performance is optimized.First,the influence of the PDM on the impact performance of the self-oscillating rotary impacting tool is studied,and then the hydraulic structure of the tool is optimized to increase the fluctuation amplitude of the impact force.Finally,field tests in two wells are carried out in the Shunbei block.Through research,it is recognized that the pressure fluctuation generated by the drilling fluid flowing through the PDM has an inhibitory effect on the impact performance of the tool.The optimized impact fluctuation amplitude has increased by 17.8%.Through field tests,compared with PDM drilling,the high-speed rotary percussion drilling technology has an increased ROP and footage per bit by 32.5%and 34.6%respectively.The research results show that the high-speed rotary percussion drilling technology can further increase the ROP on the basis of PDM drilling,and improve the force on the PDC bit to prolong the service life of the bit.It provides a new and efficient ROP increase technology for the oil drilling.
