摘要
实现大学本科教育之真谛,促进学生德智体美劳全面发展,应当重建书院教育,将古代书院精神融入现代大学教育,实现书院教育传统的现代转型。实施包含学业导师和德政导师在内的全面导师制,是现代大学书院从物理空间营造为教育共同体,实现书院教育现代转型的关键。采行合作治理模式协调书院与学院关系,构建现代大学人才培养组织新形态,实现专注于知识传授的专业学院教育与倾向于通识教育的现代书院教育融合发展,推进现代书院与专业学院协同育人,是书院教育现代转型的基本路径。
In order to fulfill the essence of undergraduate education and promote the all-round development of students’morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor,we should reconstruct the academy education,integrate the spirit of ancient academy into modern university education,and realize the modern transformation of academy education tradition.The implementation of a comprehensive tutorial system including academic tutors,moral and political tutors is the key to the transformation of modern college education from physical space to educational community.The basic path of modern transformation of academy education is to adopt cooperative governance mode to coordinate the relationship between academies and colleges,to construct a new form of talent training organization in modern universities,to realize the integration of professional college education focusing on knowledge transfer and modern academy education inclined to general education,and to promote collaborative education between modern academies and professional colleges.
