摘要
目的探讨骨瓜提取物注射液联合伤科壮骨合剂治疗创伤性踝骨骨折患者的临床疗效。方法选取2017年6月至2018年5月丹东市中医院骨科收治的踝骨骨折患者84例作为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组患者术后给予常规抗炎治疗和营养支持,观察组患者在此基础上应用骨瓜提取物注射液联合伤科壮骨合剂治疗。比较两组患者肢体及关节周围韧带疼痛感缓解时间、踝关节红肿消退时间、骨折愈合时间、患肢功能恢复情况。结果观察组患者肢体及关节周围韧带疼痛感缓解时间、踝关节红肿消退时间、骨折愈合时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患肢恢复优良率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨瓜提取物联合伤科壮骨合剂对踝骨骨折患者具有消肿止痛、舒心活络功效。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of extract of cervus and cucumis polypeptide combined with Shangkezhuanggu mixture in the treatment of ankle fracture.Methods A total of eight-four patients with ankle bone fracture treated in Orthopedics Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Dandong from June 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with forty-two cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine anti-inflammatory therapy and nutritional support after operation.On this basis,patients in the observation group were treated with Gugua extract injection combined with Shangke Zhuanggu Mixture.The pain relief time of the limbs and surrounding ligaments,the time of ankle joint redness and swelling,the time of fracture healing,and the recovery of the function of the affected limb were compared between the two groups.Results The pain relief time of limbs and peri-articular ligaments in the observation group,the time for ankle joint redness and swelling,and the fracture healing time were significantly shorter than those of the control group.And the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the recovery rate of the affected limb in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control.(P<0.05).Conclusion The extract of cervus and cucumis polypeptide combined with Shangke Zhuanggu Mixture can reduce swelling,relieve pain and activate collaterals in patients with humeral ankle fracture.
