摘要
目的影响儿科护理带教的原因分析与对策。方法选取42例在医院儿科实习的护生进行调查,调查时间为2017年6月—2018年2月,将其作为对比组,采用常规带教模式;选取42例在医院儿科实习的护生进行调查,此次调查时间为2018年6月—2018年12月,将其作为研究组,在对比组传统带教基础上,发现问题,并提出解决对策,制定新型的带教模式。分析两组最终带教结果。结果对比组带教满意得分结果与研究组相比较低,两组差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在儿科带教中影响带教的因素较多,学校、医院以及带教老师与学生自身而带来的影响因素,从发现问题角度去寻找并制定相应对策,可提升带教满意度,提高带教质量。
Objective To analyze the reasons and Countermeasures of influencing factors of pediatric nursing teaching.Methods 42 nursing students who practice in pediatrics of our hospital were selected for investigation.The investigation time was from June 2017 to February 2018.They were taken as the control group and the conventional teaching mode was adopted.42 nursing students who practice in pediatrics of our hospital were selected for investigation.The investigation time was from June 2018 to December 2018.They were taken as the research group.Based on the traditional teaching of the control group,problems were found and put forward To solve the problem,we should establish a new teaching mode.Analyze the final teaching results of the two groups.Results Compared with the research group,the score of teaching satisfaction in the comparison group was lower,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many factors that affect the teaching of Pediatrics.Schools,hospitals,teachers and students themselves can find out the problems and make corresponding countermeasures,which can improve the satisfaction and quality of teaching.
