摘要
目的:探讨远程照护模式对先天性心脏病(CHD)患儿术后父母照护能力的影响。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取2017年1月—2018年1月于郑州大学附属儿童医院胸心外科进行CHD手术治疗的患儿86例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各43例患儿。对照组行常规术后护理及延续性护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用远程照护模式。比较两组患儿体重、随访期间再住院率,患儿父母照顾技能以及患儿母亲焦虑抑郁情况。结果:出院半年和出院1年时,观察组患儿体重大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿出院1年内再住院率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院半年和出院1年时,观察组患儿父母照顾技能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院半年和出院1年时,观察组患儿母亲焦虑和抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对CHD患儿术后进行远程照护,能够提升患儿父母的照护能力,减少患儿母亲紧张焦虑情绪,加快患儿术后恢复。
Objective To explore the effect of telecare mode on parental care ability of children with congenital heart disease(CHD)after surgery.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,convenience sampling was used to select 86 children who underwent CHD surgery at the Cardiothoracic Surgery of Children's Hospital Affiliated of Zhengzhou University.According to the random number table,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 43 children in each group.Control group carried out postoperative care and continuous nursing,and observation group implemented the telecare model on the basis of control group.We compared the body weight,rate of rehospitalization during follow-up,parental care ability of children,and the anxiety and depression of mothers of children between two groups.Results Six months and one year after discharge,the weight of children in observation group was higher than that of control group with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The rehospitalization rate of children in observation group within 1 year after discharge was lower than that in control group also with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Six months and one year after discharge,the parental care ability scores of the children in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Six months and one year after discharge,the scores of anxiety and depression of the mothers of children in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Telecare for children with CHD after surgery can improve the parental care ability of children,reduce the anxiety and anxiety of the mothers of children,and speed up the recovery of the children after surgery.
