摘要
在模拟生理条件下,用光谱法研究了次氯酸根荧光分子探针ZZY-19与人血清白蛋白(HSA)的相互作用。实验结果显示,探针与HSA之间主要是静态猝灭方式。由热力学数据得到了结合常数及猝灭常数,确定了二者之间的作用力类型为典型的疏水力作用。荧光探针与HSA之间的结合距离为2.56nm。紫外光谱分析结果表明,次氯酸荧光探针的加入使HSA构象发生了变化。
The interaction between a hypochlorous fluorescent probe(ZZY-19)and human serum albumin(HSA)was studied by fluorescence spectra.The results showed that the binding between them that lead to the fluorescence quenching of HSA was static quenching.The quenching constants and the binding constants were calculated at different temperatures.The thermodynamic parameters,the forces between ZZY-19 and HSA,the binding distance and binding sites were also obtained.The analysis results of Uv-vis spectra showed that the addition of ZZY-19 could changed the conformation of HSA.
