摘要
本文以42所"双一流"高校图书馆微信公众平台作为研究对象,统计其在新冠肺炎疫情期间运营基本数据,结合清博大数据,对收获的静态阅读推广微信文章进行分析整理,进而从响应时间、推文的内容、推文表现形式特点和服务效果等方面进行分析,提出新冠肺炎疫情期间高校图书馆微信服务提升策略,以期在发现服务问题的同时为以后完善突发公共卫生事件中图书馆应急服务提供经验与参考。
This paper selects the WeChat public platforms of 42 Double First-class universities as research objects,collects the data of the operation during the epidemic period of COVID-19.Combined with Qingbo big data,the article analyzes and collates the WeChat reading of static reading of harvest,and then analyzes the response time,the content of tweets,the characteristics and service effect of the tweets,and puts forward the strategies for improving the WeChat service in the university library during the COVID-19,so as to find out the service problems and provide experience and reference for improving the library emergency in the future.
