摘要
通过化学法将石墨烯接枝到乳化剂的长链中,再与E-20、助剂、防锈颜料、填料进行反应得到水性环氧防腐涂料。实验表明,反应时间为3 h,反应温度为100℃,防锈颜料∶石墨烯=56∶3,填料∶石墨烯=500∶3,石墨烯含量为0.8%下制备的水性环氧防腐涂料的性能最佳,通过与标准HG/T 4759-2014对比发现,耐水性、耐酸性、耐碱性、耐盐雾性等性能都明显优于标准HG/T 4759-2014。
In this paper,graphene is grafted into the long chain of emulsifier by chemical method,and then reacted with E-20,additives,anti-rust pigments and fillers to obtain water-based epoxy anticorrosive paint.Experiments show that the water-borne epoxy anticorrosive coating:graphene=56∶3,filler:graphene=500∶3 and graphene content of 0.8%has the best performance,compared with the standard HG/T 4759-2014.It is found that the water resistance,acid resistance,alkali resistance and salt spray resistance are significantly better than the standard HG/T 4759-2014.
