摘要
烷基化废酸裂解再生工艺实现了硫酸再生产,也满足了工业生产的环保要求。对其工艺原理、主要工艺技术路线进行了简要阐述与分析,并对其工艺影响因素进行了剖析。针对其实际工业应用问题进行了分析归纳,同时分析了相关的工艺改进点与废酸裂解再生工艺的发展延伸。绿色发展既是烷基化废酸裂解再生工艺的属性,也是其持续发展的必由之路。
The alkylation waste acid cracking regeneration process realizes the reproduction of sulfuric acid and also meets the environmental protection requirements of industrial production.The process principle and main process technology route are briefly explained and analyzed,and the influencing factors of the process angle are analyzed.Aiming at the problems of practical industrial applications,the paper analyzes the related process improvement points and the development and extension of waste acid cracking regeneration process.Green development is not only the attribute of the alkylation waste acid cracking regeneration process,but also the only way for continuous development.
