五阀七柱气相色谱快速分析炼厂气的应用

摘要 利用五阀七柱气相色谱系统,建立了快速分析炼厂气的方法。结果表明:所建立的方法准确度高,重复性好,满足相关方法的要求,仪器性能稳定,不因操作人员不同而产生大的波动,保证了分析结果的稳定性,同时提高了分析效率,适用于炼厂中不同炼厂气组成的日常监控。 In this paper,using gas chromatography with five-valve and seven-column system,a rapid analysis method of refinery gas was set up.The results showed that the method with high accuracy and good repeatability which meets the requirements of relevant analytical methods.At the same time,the performance of GC is stable,there is no big fluctuations due to different operators,this ensure the stability of test results,the analytical efficiency is also improved.Therefore,the method is suitable for daily monitoring of determining the composition of different refinery gas in refinery.
