摘要
果胶是一种天然的多糖类高分子化合物,具有独特的理化性质和多种功能特性,且成本低廉,可作为天然的添加剂或辅料,广泛应用于食品、医药保健品、化工、纺织及化妆品中。着重阐述果胶的理化性质、功能特性及其在一些重要领域中的应用,并对其发展前景进行展望。
Pectin is a kind of natural polysaccharide macromolecular compound,which has many physical and chemical properties and functional characteristics,and low cost,and can be used as a natural additive or auxiliary material,widely used in food,medicine and health care products,chemical industry,textile and cosmetics.This paper focused on the physical and chemical properties,functional properties of pectin and its application in some important fields.
