摘要
以废旧钴酸锂电池负极石墨为原料制备石墨烯气凝胶,研究了其对亚甲基蓝的吸附效果和吸附机理。结果表明,制备的石墨烯气凝胶具有大量的孔隙和柔软片层结构。当吸附剂投加量为2.5 g/L,亚甲基蓝初始质量浓度为50 mg/L,pH为8,温度为30℃时,20 min即达到吸附平衡,吸附率为98.6%。该吸附剂对亚甲基蓝的吸附符合Langmiur模型,最大吸附量为41.39 mg/g;吸附反应动力学符合准二级动力学方程。吸附过程包含化学吸附和物理吸附。
The graphene aerogel was prepared by anode graphite obtained from waste lithium cobalt oxide batteries.The adsorption effect and adsorption mechanism of graphene aerogel on methylene blue was studied.The results sho-wed that the prepared graphene aerogel had a large number of pores and soft sheet structure.Under the conditions of adsorbent dosage 2.5 g/L,initial methylene blue concentration 50 mg/L,pH 8,temperature 30℃and adsorption time 20 min,the adsorption efficiency was up to 98.6%.The isothermal adsorption conformed to the Langmuir model and its maximum adsorption capacity was 41.39 mg/g.The adsorption reaction kinetics could be fitted by pseudo-second-order kinetic equation.The adsorption process contained chemical and physical adsorption.
