摘要
用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想武装广大农民群众,是巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域指导地位和党在农村执政基础的“一项极端重要的工作”。农民群众主要栖身于日常生活世界,以家户为单位从事生产消费和交往活动。农民现实生活世界的结构特点决定了其日常生活领域是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想大众化的主要场域;在快速市场化、工业化与城镇化的背景下,农民日常生活世界及其所处的乡村社会均已发生深刻变化;农村基层党组织要根据这些新变化,不断创新和优化习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想大众化的具体路径,强化农村基层党员和党员领导干部的理论修养,提升理论宣传能力;立足农民日常生活实际和理论需求,转换话语方式,化理论为道理,化理论为政策,化理论为方法,化理论为行动,构建和优化与农民日常生活相对接的习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想大众化内容体系和传播方式。
To arm the rural people with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era is“an extremely important work”to ensure Marxism as the guiding ideology and as the basis for Party governance in rural areas.Rural people live mainly in the world of everyday life with households as their activity units of production,consumption and social interchanges.The structural features of the rural people’s real world of life determine that the field of everyday life is the main field to popularize Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.In the context of rapid marketization,industrialization and urbanization,the rural people’s world of everyday life and its hosting rural societies have profoundly changed.The primary-level Party organizations in rural areas should base on these new changes to continuously innovate and optimize the specific approaches for the popularization of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,to enhance the theoretical cultivation of rural Party members and cadres at the primary-level,and to raise their ability in theoretical publicity.The contents system and communication methods befitting rural people’s everyday life to popularize Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era should be constructed and optimized due to the rural people’s practical and theoretical needs with a format shift of discourse from theories to axioms,policies,methods,and actions.
