摘要
八面河油区钻井施工难点表现在三个方面:上部地层松软,易发生井塌、卡钻等事故;部分井井眼轨迹复杂,钻井技术难度和风险加大;丛式井多,邻井防碰压力大。总结同区块的施工经验,形成集钻头、参数优选、井眼轨迹控制、钻井风险预控、钻井液技术、固井完井工艺技术等一体化技术,并进行应用,有效解决上述难题,钻井机械钻速和钻机月速度都得到相应提升,缩短了建井周期,实现较好的经济效益。
The challenges of drilling in Bamianhe area are manifested in three aspects:soft upper formation,and frequent accidents such as well collapse and sticking;complex trajectory in some wells heightens difficult,risky drilling technology;more cluster wells and higher possibility of crossing of adjacent wells.This paper summarizes the operation experience of the same block,and describes the integrated technology incorporating drilling bit,parameter optimization,well trajectory control,drilling risk prediction and control,drilling fluid,cementing and completion,and applies it to solve the above problems effectively.The ROP and monthly drilling footage have been improved to reduce well construction cycle and achieve better economic benefits.
