摘要
分级诊疗制度的构建和完善是我国医药卫生体制改革的重要组成部分,是有效破解“看病贵”“看病难”这一困境的有效对策。发达国家完善的分级诊疗制度和实践对我国分级诊疗的建设具有很好的借鉴意义。本文对四个发达国家分级诊疗的制度设计进行了比较,对其分级诊疗经验进行了评价总结和借鉴,在此基础上对我国分级诊疗的优化路径进行了探讨。
The construction and improvement of hierarchical diagnosis system is an important part of China's medical and health system reform,which is an effective countermeasure to effectively solve the dilemma of "Difficult and Expensive Medical Treatment".The perfect system and practice of hierarchical diagnosis in developed countries can be used for reference in its construction in China.The system design of hierarchical diagnosis in four developed countries was comparatively analyzed,and the experiences were evaluated and summarized.Based on which,the path to optimize the hierarchical diagnosis system in China was discussed.
