摘要
目的:探索本科生对早期专业实践教学的认知及实践效果,为培养应用型卫生管理人才提供参考。方法:采用调查问卷的方式对在校卫生事业管理专业本科生进行认知调查,并针对2018级本科生展开早期专业实践,分析比较干预效果。结果:卫生事业管理专业138名学生中81.88%认为有必要开展早期专业实践;54.35%的学生想在大一、大二、大三均开展早期专业实践;技能重要性排序为专业技术技能、思想技能、人事技能、办公技术技能、设计技能;2018级39名学生早期专业实践后五项技能自评得分均高于实践前,其中思想技能中主动性与积极性、合作精神、吃苦耐劳的精神干预后的自评分值最高。结论:早期专业实践后卫生管理专业学生专业技能、思想技能、人事技能、办公技术技能、设计技能均有所提高,有效提高就业竞争能力。
Objective To explore the undergraduates’ cognition of early professional practice teaching and its practice effect,and provide references for cultivating practical health management professionals. Methods Undergraduates majoring in health services management were surveyed with questionnaires. And the early professional practice was carried out in undergraduates to comparatively analyze the effect of intervention. Results Among the 138 students majoring in health services management,81. 88% of them believed that it is necessary to carry out early professional practice,and 54. 35% of them wanted to carry out early professional practice in freshmen,sophomores and juniors. The skill importance ranked as professional technical skills,ideological skills,personnel skills,office technology skills,and design skills. After the early professional practice,the self-assessment scores of five skills of 39 students were higher than before,in which the self-rating scores of initiative and enthusiasm,cooperative spirit and hard-working spirit in ideological skills were the highest after intervention. Conclusion Early professional practice can improve the professional skills,ideological skills,personnel skills,office technology skills and design skills of the students majored in health services management.
