基于改进型自抗扰控制器的独立微电网系统频率扰动抑制策略

摘要 光伏-风力-储能交直流混合独立微电网系统普遍存在暂态频率波动的问题,这一问题会严重影响电力线路及负载设备的使用安全。针对这一问题,在传统自抗扰控制器的基础上,提出一种基于改进型自抗扰控制器的独立微电网系统频率扰动抑制策略。这一策略将重复控制融入自抗扰控制器,基于重复控制能够周期性减小频率扰动的原理,最大限度抵消频率扰动造成的影响,提高独立微电网系统的供电可靠性。通过仿真验证了所提出的策略能够在系统存在频率扰动的情况下有效提高独立微电网对交流侧负载和直流侧负载供电的质量。 The PV,wind power,energy storage AC-DC hybrid independent microgrid system generally has the problem of transient frequency fluctuations.This problem will seriously affect the safe use of power lines and loading equipment.In response to this problem,on the basis of the traditional active disturbance rejection controller,a frequency disturbance suppression strategy for the independent microgrid system based on modified version of active disturbance rejection controller was proposed.This strategy incorporates repetitive control into an active disturbance rejection controller.Based on the principle that repetitive control can periodically reduce frequency disturbances the affection created by frequency disturbances could be conteracted to the greatest extent while improving the power supply reliability of the independent microgrid system.Through simulation,it is verified that the proposed strategy can effectively improve the quality of the power supply of the independent microgrid to the AC side load and the DC side load in the presence of frequency disturbance.
