摘要
一等金属量器与被检金属量器按容量比较法检定过程中,很多环节需要人工干预。试验室环境温度不均衡,与检定介质之间温差值难以得到有效控制,测量准确性和重复性受人为因素影响较大。针对传统人工读取一等金属量器计量颈液位高度的检定过程既耗时又费力、工作效率低等缺陷,提出了一种新的一等金属量器标准装置液位恒定方法,设计了一套精确监控环境温度与水温温差的控制系统。该系统既实现了液位自动准确读数,又实现了一等金属量器标准装置量值传递过程的自动化控制。试验表明:一等金属量器液位恒定值复现性测量的最大差值为0.04 mm,新型金属量器标准装置的试验标准偏差较传统标准装置降低了2/3,提升了一等金属量器标准装置的整体测量水平。
In the verification process of the first-class metal tank and the verified metal tank by the capacity comparison method,many processes need manual intervention.The unbalanced ambient temperature of the laboratory and the difference between the laboratory environment and the verification medium is difficult to be effectively controlled.The accuracy and repeatability of measurement are greatly affected by human factors.Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional manual reading the liquid level of the first-class metal measuring neck,such as time-consuming,laborious and low efficiency in the verification process,a new method of the constant liquid level of the standard device of first-class metal tank is proposed.A set of control system is designed to monitor the temperature difference between environment and water temperature accurately.The system not only fulfills automatic level reading but also realizes automatic control of the value transmission process of the standard device of the first-class metal tank.The test shows the maximum difference of the reproducibility measurement of constant liquid level scale of the first-class metal tank is 0.04 mm.The test standard deviation of the standard device of the new type of metal tank was two thirds lower than that of the traditional standard device.The overall measurement level of the standard device of first-class metal tank is improved.
