摘要
以杭州之门项目地下室的多层超长混凝土结构工程为例,通过数值分析,对比了跳仓法与后浇带法2种不同施工方案在浇筑后20 d和365 d对结构应力的影响程度,从理论上证实了变更后浇带为跳仓法施工的可行性。在后续施工实践中,通过合理的施工组织、混凝土配合比优化、混凝土施工和养护、温度监测等措施,最终很好地控制了地下室混凝土裂缝的产生。总结的成功经验可为后续各类大型地下室工程的施工提供参考。
Taking the multi-storey and super long concrete structure project of Hangzhou gate project basement as an example,through numerical analysis,this paper compares the influence degree of two different construction schemes,post pouring strip method and sequence construction method,on the structural stress when 20 days and 365 days after pouring,and theoretically proves the feasibility of changing the post pouring strip to the sequence construction method.In the subsequent construction practice,through reasonable construction organization,concrete mix ratio optimization,concrete construction and curing,temperature monitoring and other measures,the concrete cracks in the basement are finally well controlled.The successful experience can provide reference for the following construction of various largescale basement projects.
