连续梁顶升托换墩柱基础的施工关键技术 被引量:4

摘要 以G56余杭互通匝道桥墩柱桩基与地下隧道施工相交为案例,介绍了墩柱基础的顶升托换施工技术。即通过扩大原墩承台,架设辅助支墩,对连续梁进行顶升作业后,采用水力破碎剥除伸入托换承台的钢筋,然后施工新建托换承台。在托换墩柱完成受力体系的转换后,切除钢筋与老承台的连接,再开挖基坑,进行地下隧道的施工。经实践证明,该顶升托换工艺效果显著,可为地下空间的结构施工提供一定的参考。 Taking the intersection between the pile foundation of G56 Yuhang interchange ramp pier column and underground tunnel construction as an example,this paper introduces the jacking-underpinning construction technology of pier column foundation.That is,by enlarging the original pier cap,erecting auxiliary pier,lifting the continuous beam,using hydraulic crushing to strip the reinforcement extending into the underpinning bearing platform,and then construct a new underpinning bearing platform.After the transformation of bearing system of underpinning pier column is completed,the connection between reinforcement and old bearing platform is cut off,and then the foundation pit is excavated for underground tunnel construction.The practice shows that the jacking-underpinning technology has a significant effect,which can provide a certain reference for the structure construction of underground space.
