摘要
为验证BIM技术在建筑装配化装修工程的应用可能性,结合国家会展中心场馆功能提升工程装配化装修项目,从设计、加工、运输、仓储、施工、拆除等方面对工程装修过程中的BIM技术应用进行了介绍。工程实践表明:BIM技术的应用,实现建筑产品全生命周期的价值最大化,达到了降本增效的作用。所积累的经验可为类似工程提供参考。
In order to verify the application possibility of BIM technology in building fabricated decoration project,combined with the fabricated decoration project of National Convention and Exhibition Center venue function improvement project,this paper introduces the application of BIM technology in engineering decoration process from the aspects of design,processing,transportation,storage,construction and demolition.The engineering practice shows that the application of BIM technology can maximize the value of the whole life cycle of construction products,reduce the cost and increase efficiency.The accumulated experience can provide reference for similar projects.
