排水沥青路面方案在长益扩容工程中的应用

摘要 针对排水沥青路面在高速公路中的应用实践情况,以长沙至益阳高速公路范围内隧道路面和易积水路段的排水沥青路面方案为依托,重点论述了此项目的工程背景、排水沥青路面特点;分析了排水沥青路面设计要点,包括排水路面结构设计、原材料技术要求及配合比设计;总结了排水沥青路面方案施工技术要点,包括原路面处理、防水粘结层洒布、排水沥青混合料的拌合、运输、摊铺、碾压等关键环节的技术要点。本文的工程实践总结,希望能为以后同型工程建设提供一定层面的技术参考。 In view of the application and practice of drainage asphalt pavement in expressway,based on the drainage asphalt pavement scheme of tunnel pavement and easy ponding section of Changsha Yiyang expressway,this paper focuses on the engineering background and characteristics of drainage asphalt pavement,and analyzes the design points of drainage asphalt pavement,including drainage pavement structure design and raw material technology requirements and mix proportion design;summarizes the construction technical points of drainage asphalt pavement scheme,including the technical points of the key links such as the original pavement treatment,waterproof binding layer spraying,mixing,transportation,paving and rolling of drainage asphalt mixture.The summary of engineering practice in this paper can provide a certain level of technical reference for similar engineering construction in the future.It is hoped that with the development of technology,the drainage asphalt pavement with better road performance,stronger construction technology and better driving comfort will be paved.
