摘要
文章针对上海轨道交通16号线车辆客室内装侧顶板在试制过程中存在的主要问题,分析了侧顶板气动撑杆的工作原理,提出了一种气动撑杆选型与校核方法,并阐述了该方法的原理和使用技巧;利用有限元计算软件对侧顶板进行静力学仿真分析,确定了气动撑杆布置对侧顶板变形量的影响,并对其参数和布局进行优化。现场试装验证了优化方案的效果良好。
Aiming at the main problems existing in the trial production of the side roof of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 16 vehicle,this paper analyzes the working principle of gas spring,proposes a method for selecting and checking the gas spring,and describes the principle and techniques of the method.The finite element caculation software is used to simulate the side roof.The effect of the gas spring layout on the deformation of side roof is determined,and its parameter and layout are optimized.The field test proves that the effect of the optimization scheme is good.
