微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定桃胶中22种矿物元素含量 被引量:7

Simultaneous determination of 22 elements in peach gum by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)

摘要 为建立电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)对桃胶矿物元素的测定方法,以浓硝酸-H2O2为消解液,采用微波消解法处理样品,使用ICP-MS同时测定3种桃胶中Na、Mg、Al、K、Ca、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、Sr、Ba、B、Ti、V、Cr、Ni、Pb、As、Se、Mo、Cd和Sb共22种矿物元素含量,以内标法改善基体效应及干扰。结果表明,ICP-MS法测定元素线性相关系数为0.9995~1.0000;方法检出限为0.0019~21.6232μg·L^-1;加标回收率为96.2%~103.3%;精密度为0.84%~4.50%。该分析方法快速、简便、准确、灵敏度高,能够满足桃胶中多元素同时快速分析。通过元素分析,不同种类桃胶矿物元素含量存在显著差异;有害元素Cd、Pb、As含量均低于国家标准规定限量,未发现桃胶存在安全风险。 In order to develop a method for the simultaneous determination of 22 elements in peach gum by ICP-MS,HNO3-H2O2 was used to achieve the complete decomposition of three kinds of peach gums,and their elements of Na,Mg,Al,K,Ca,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn,Sr,Ba,B,Ti,V,Cr,Ni,Pb,As,Se,Mo,Cd and Sb were determined by ICP-MS simultaneously.The effects of the matrix were improved by the internal standard method.The results showed:the linear coefficients of all elements were above 0.9995;the limits of detection were in the range of 0.0019-21.6232μg·L^-1;the recoveries of the method were 96.2%-103.3%;the precision ranged from 0.84%to 4.50%.This developed method has the advantage of speediness,convenience,accuracy and superior sensitivity,which can meet the determination requirements of simultaneous and rapid analysis of multi-elements in peach gum.Through the analysis of elements,the contents of mineral elements in different kinds of peach gum are significantly different;the contents of Cd,Pb and As are lower than the national standard limit,and no safety risk has been found.
