摘要
近年来,就业压力的加剧以及新兴技术与网络教育资源的发展使得当前大学生的学习行为、学习方式和服务需求发生了重大变化。了解大学生的学习支持服务需求及其变化,有利于高校图书馆有针对性地创新学习支持服务的内容与方式,支撑高校提升人才培养能力。通过问卷调查揭示了当前我国大学生主要的自主学习支持服务需求,在此基础上利用Kano模型和Better-Worse指数坐标分析方法,并依据大学生需求满意程度,对21项主要学习支持服务进行了属性归类和优先序分析,以此勾勒出高校图书馆自主学习支持服务体系及其发展路径,并提出了有序化、差异化、协同化与科技化等自主学习支持服务的发展策略。
In recent years,the intensification of employment pressure and the development of emerging technologies and network education resources make the current college students’learning behaviors,learning methods and service needs have great changes.Understanding the needs and changes of college students’learning support services is helpful for university libraries to innovate the content and way of learning support service,and to support colleges and universities to improve the ability of telants cultivation.Through a questionnaire survey,this paper reveals the main demands of autono⁃mous learning support service for college students in China,and based on this,by using the Kano Model and Better-Worse exponential coordinate analysis method,and according to the satisfaction degree of college students’needs,performes the attribute categorization and priority analysis for 21 major learning support services,outlines university libraries’autono⁃mous learning support service system and its development path,and puts forward the development strategies for autono⁃mous learning support services of university libraries including the ordering,differentiation,collaboration and technicaliza⁃tion.
