摘要
随着环境污染的加剧和材料科学的发展,环境污染治理对材料的性能提出了更高的要求。在21世纪,纳米纤维材料得到了广泛的研究和应用,且取得了较好的应用效果。在工业烟气的除尘过滤中,利用纳米纤维滤料进行净化处理尚且有很大的研究空间。该研究采用静电纺丝技术制备了PI纳米纤维膜,并以功能化石墨烯作为纳米增强材料,进行了PI纳米纤维膜的性能增强研究。研究结果显示,在添加f-Gr后,复合纳米纤维膜的拉伸程度和纤维直径等方面均得到了改善;氨基化f-Gr/PI复合纳米纤维膜的过滤性能最佳,其质量因子达到了0.0484。该研究不仅为高温滤料的研究提供了新的思路,同时为电纺纳米纤维滤料的工程应用奠定了理论和实验基础。
With the aggravation of environmental pollution and the development of materials science,environmental pollution control puts forward higher requirements for the performance of materials.In the 21st century,nanofiber materials have been widely studied and applied,and achieved good results.In the dust removal and filtration of industrial flue gas,there is still a lot of research space to use nanofiber filter material for purification.In this study,PI nanofiber membrane was prepared by electrospinning technology,and the performance of PI nanofiber membrane was studied by using functional graphene as nano reinforcing material.The results showed that the stretching degree and fiber diameter of the composite nanofiber membrane were improved after adding f-Gr;the filtration performance of amino f-Gr/PI composite nanofiber membrane was the best,and its quality factor reached 0.0484.This study not only provides a new idea for the study of high temperature filter media,but also lays a theoretical and experimental foundation for the engineering application of electrospun nanofiber filter media.
