摘要
对6组碳纤维加固混凝土梁试件进行了分级加载的静载荷试验,对比分析了有无碳纤维筋、张拉应力和钢筋直径对混凝土梁试件抗弯性能的影响。结果表明,碳纤维加固建筑混凝土梁的开裂载荷、屈服载荷和极限载荷都明显高于未添加碳纤维筋的对比梁,而极限挠度都明显小于后者;随着张拉控制应力增加,碳纤维加固混凝土梁的开裂载荷、屈服载荷和极限载荷逐渐增大,极限挠度逐渐减小;在相同张拉控制应力下,钢筋直径更大的混凝土试件的开裂载荷、屈服载荷和极限载荷更大,而极限挠度更小。张拉预应力的增加可以有效抑制碳纤维筋加固混凝土的裂缝数量,钢筋直径更大的混凝土试件的裂缝数量并不会发生明显改变;预应力碳纤维加固有助于提升混凝土梁出现裂缝时的荷载,而钢筋直径不会对混凝土梁出现裂缝时的荷载产生明显影响。
Six groups of concrete beams strengthened with carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP)were tested for static loading,and the effects of CFRP reinforcement,tensile stress and reinforcement diameter on the flexural performance of concrete beams were analyzed.The results show that the cracking load,yield load and ultimate load of CFRP strengthened concrete beams are significantly higher than those of the contrast beams without CFRP,while the ultimate deflection is significantly lower than the latter;with the increase of tensile control stress,the cracking load,yield load and ultimate load of CFRP strengthened concrete beams increase gradually,and the ultimate deflection decreases gradually;Under the same tensile control stress,the cracking load,yield load and ultimate load of concrete specimens with larger diameter of reinforcement are larger,while the ultimate deflection is smaller.The increase of tensile prestress can effectively restrain the number of cracks in the concrete strengthened with CFRP,and the number of cracks in the concrete specimen with larger diameter of reinforcement will not change significantly;the prestressed CFRP reinforcement is helpful to enhance the load when cracks appear in the concrete beam,while the diameter of reinforcement will not have a significant impact on the load when cracks appear in the concrete beam.
