摘要
目的观察Ⅰ期手术治疗外伤性结肠破裂患者的效果。方法选取2016年6月至2018年6月阜新市第六人民医院收治的36例外伤所致结肠破裂患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各18例。对照组在Ⅰ期手术的基础上行Ⅱ期手术治疗,观察组采用彻底治疗结肠破裂的Ⅰ期手术治疗,比较两组患者的疗效及并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.44%,对照组为88.89%,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组并发症总发生率为16.67%,明显低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对外伤性结肠破裂患者应用Ⅰ期手术治疗可达到治疗疾病的目的,并可有效减少相关并发症的发生,提高预后效果。
Objective To observe the eff ect of stageⅠsurgery on traumatic colon rupture.Methods Thirty-six patients with colonic rupture due to injury from June 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 18 cases in each group.The control group was treated withⅡstage operation on the basis of stageⅠsurgery.The observation group was treated with stageⅠsurgery for complete treatment of colonic rupture.The effi cacy and complications of the two groups were statistically compared.Results The therapeutic eff ect was 94.44%in the observation group,and was 88.89%in the control group,there was no signifi cant diff erence between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 16.67%,and in the control group was 33.33%,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of stageⅠsurgery in patients with traumatic colon rupture can completely achieve the purpose of treating diseases,and can eff ectively reduce the occurrence of related complications and improve the prognosis.
