摘要
目的深入观察小儿推拿联合雾化吸入治疗风寒闭肺型毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法从2017年10月至2018年10月我院收治的60例诊断为风寒闭肺型毛细支气管炎的患儿作为本次的研究对象,按照入院的先后顺序将60例小儿患者平均分为两个治疗组,每组30例。在其他基础条件一致的情况下,给予对照组患儿实施单纯的雾化吸入治疗,给予观察组患儿雾化吸入与小儿推拿联合治疗法,将两组患儿的临床治疗效果进行比较。结果对照组患儿的有效治疗率为63.33%,观察组的有效治疗率为93.33%,两组风寒闭肺型毛细支气管炎患儿的治疗效果的有效率差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论小儿推拿联合雾化吸入治疗风寒闭肺型毛细支气管炎的临床效果十分显著,能够有效改善患者的临床症状及肺部体征,促进风寒闭肺型毛细支气管炎治疗有效率的提升,缩短治疗时间,提高患儿的生活质量。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of infantile massage combined with aerosol inhalation in the treatment of wind-cold obstructed pulmonary bronchiolitis.Methods From October 2017 to October 2018,60 children with bronchiolitis diagnosed as wind-cold obstruction of the lung were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the order of admission,60 children were divided into two treatment groups,30 cases in each group.Under the same basic conditions,children in the control group were given atomization inhalation therapy,and children in the observation group were given combined therapy of infantile massage on the basis of atomization inhalation therapy.The clinical eff ects of the two groups were compared.Results The eff ective treatment rate of the control group was 63.33%,and that of the observation group was 93.33%.There was signifi cant diff erence in the eff ective treatment eff ect between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical eff ect of infantile massage combined with aerosol inhalation in the treatment of wind-cold obstructed bronchiolitis is very signifi cant.It can eff ectively improve the clinical symptoms and pulmonary signs of patients with wind-cold obstructed bronchiolitis,promote the improvement of the treatment effi ciency,shorten the course of treatment and improve the quality of life of children.
